Weekend Barista

This is a service role with shifts on weekends, primarily responsible for serving the ice cream, desserts, and beverages to the RIPPLES guests. This role also handles the transactions and payment.

Wage:

Starting at $13.5, plus tips.

Schedule:

Part Time (7 hours per week)
1:30PM-8:30PM Sundays

Job duties include:

• Follow recipes and make excellent quality coffees and beverages.

• Serve lots of ice cream.

• Interact with guests and maintain a working knowledge of the product so you can give the best answers to their questions.

• Make consistent and yummy waffle cones.

• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment, as well as overall health and food safety standards.

• Interact warmly, generously, and effectively with your guests and team members.

• Make decisions based on: your best judgement, your provided training, and RIPPLES values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
