Barista

This is a service role, primarily responsible for serving the ice cream, desserts, and beverages to the RIPPLES guests. This role also handles the transactions and payment.

Compensation starts at $13, plus tips.

Job duties include:

• Follow recipes and make excellent quality coffees and beverages.

• Serve lots of ice cream.

• Interact with guests and maintain a working knowledge of the product so you can give the best answers to their questions.

• Make yummy and consistent waffle cones.

• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment, as well as overall health and food safety standards.

• Interact and communicate with team members (and guests if applicable) warmly, generously, and effectively.

• Make decisions based on: your best judgement, your provided training, and RIPPLES values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
